The Rams went again into the mountains. The program once again was the final part of the 1st Stage of the Transalp. In Bichlbach went off on the beautiful remote road about Kelmen and Namlos to Stanzach and then up to the first real pass of the Tour, the Hahntennjoch. After a short break on the summit, and Malle Ralle plunged after the stage finish in the exit Imst.
In Imst turned around and Hahntennjoch from the other - much less attractive side - again in Attack taken. Back at the summit drew the sun, which had previously burned down in minutes back and the sky darkened. In the last hundred meters of the exit then the shock: A huge tree lay across the road. This must have happened shortly before. So wheels about it and moved on. A storm moved on and with it incredible Winböen. With up to 60 km / h on a straight road, the Rams raced towards the car. Fortunately, it rained only briefly and in the last kilometers even came out again the sun.
